1. Operator

Casa Tookan is operated by EverdreamSoft SA, Rue de l’Arquebuse 13, 1204 Geneva, Switzerland (info@everdreamsoft.com).

2. Your account

Give accurate information and keep your passphrases, private keys, passwords and PIN codes private. You are responsible for all activity on your account.

3. Fair use

No unlawful content, no infringement of others’ rights, no attempts to bypass security.

4. Availability and liability

Casa Tookan is provided “as is”. We aim to keep it available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is excluded, except for intent or gross negligence.

5. Personal data

We process your data as described in the Casa Tookan Privacy Policy.

6. Termination

You can ask us to delete your account at any time by writing to info@everdreamsoft.com. We may suspend access if you breach these terms.

7. Changes

These terms may change. We will notify you of substantial changes within Casa Tookan.

8. Law and courts

Swiss law applies. The courts of Geneva, Switzerland, have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory rules allowing consumers to sue in their place of residence.
